he pauses and looks around
"This year is a new year and the start of your new life"
he stops and looks to his left and right
"The conduct rules"
He voice thunders
"As a school no fighting outside teacher approval" he says calmly
" you shall dress in our uniform that is a Red polo or red t-shirt, with Black slacks or black jeans and black shoes"
he says laughing
"I'm joking" he laughs more
"The only real rule is Enjoy your life here and Do NOT make me angry" he says and takes a small bow to the new sutdents and staff.
